This policy explains how ADAtlas handles personal information when you explore the website, contact us, report a problem, send a suggestion, or use account and workspace features.

Information We Handle
The information we handle depends on how you use ADAtlas:
- When you browse: technical information such as your IP address, device type, requested pages, time, and security events. We do not ask for your device’s precise location.
- When you contact us: your email address, message, and any details you choose to include.
- When you report a problem or suggest an improvement: the category, description, related project or page, and any optional screenshot or diagnostics you provide. Review screenshots before sending because they can show personal information.
- When you use an account: your email address, verification and sign-in information, and security records. Profile or export details can also include your name and phone number.
- When you use a workspace: projects, clients, preferences, notes, budgets, scenarios, research, briefs, and other records you save.
- When you request an export: the project or unit details needed to create it and any account details shown on it.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve ADAtlas, remember choices, answer questions, investigate problems, consider suggestions, secure accounts, save requested work, create exports, prevent abuse, and protect the service. We process it where needed to provide a requested service, meet an applicable obligation, or pursue a legal claim. Where consent is required, we ask separately. ADAtlas does not sell personal information or use account email addresses for marketing.
Messages sent to info@adatlas.ae are used to respond to you. If you use the feedback feature, optional diagnostics or screenshots are included only when you choose to provide them. We consider a suggestion for public use only when you give that permission.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, answer a request, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation. The period depends on the information and why it is held.
When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to lawful retention needs and protected backup cycles. Exports or screenshots you shared may remain with their recipients.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law and permitted exceptions, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or stopping of processing, or information about recipients and cross-border processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards including access controls, secure connections, account protection, and abuse monitoring. No online service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your information or account is at risk.

We may update this policy when ADAtlas or applicable rules change. We will publish the revised date and, where appropriate, give additional notice of a material change.
